Due to high shipping costs and the time it takes to return and exchange items, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for most orders.
Eligible Returns
If your order is eligible for a return, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the process. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not offered due to the same shipping constraints. If an exchange is possible, it must be requested within the 10-day period, and the customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return and replacement item.
