REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hey Love Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Hey Love Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items

United States Customers

Eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery may receive:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit, or
  • An exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

European Union Customers

For customers residing in the European Union, purchases made online may be subject to the 14-day Right of Withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

EU customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, except where legal exemptions apply.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Hey Love Boutique within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returned items must:

  • Be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
  • Be in original condition.
  • Include all tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may receive store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon verification, Hey Love Boutique will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once a return has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process and post refunded funds.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fees where permitted by law

Any remaining balance will be refunded after applicable deductions.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Hey Love Boutique before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving order concerns promptly and fairly.
